The Mission:
Welcome to the spectacular BattleBots Junior Academy – a thrilling two-month program designed to ignite the spark of innovation in young minds! Our mission is to take kids on an exciting journey through the realms of RC robot fighting, where they will not only learn the wonders of 3D design but also master precision cutting equipment, soldering techniques, and the art of crafting custom designs controlled through radio magic.
The Mission:
Two Person Team: One Adult + One Child (Child needs to be able to take intructions, handle a soldering iron, and assist in using basic software)
Together your team will work with Cre8lab Battlebot Officers to design, build and battle an RC controlled Battlebot in a custom arena.
Cre8lab will host a Tactical training every other Thursday at 6pm to teach on the following topics:

Technical bot design and asthetics

3D design using simple CAD software

Using equipment to create your parts i.e. Waterjet, power tools, laser cutter

Radio control and wiring design

Battlebot weapon creation
-
Battle tactics and bot modification
Each team will be sponsored by a local business for a basic set of parts:
